ART FESTIVAL FOR

To all young artists! Are you ready to showcase your talent on an international stage?

The MAGIA ITALIANA Festival is looking for musicians, dancers and singers to take part in our event taking place in Rimini from 7 to 12 July 2024.

This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the only festival that takes place in the world famous amusement park Mirabilandia.
Not only will you have the chance to perform on the Pepsi Theater stage, equipped with world-class audio and visual equipment, but you’ll also have the opportunity to spend two days exploring the park and all it has to offer.

With the support of the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Bulgaria for Emilia-Romagna Eng. Franco Castellini, the Bulgari Association in Emilia Romagna, and the Mirabilandia Amusement Park, this is a unique opportunity to perform in front of a diverse audience, interact with other artists from over 15 countries and be part of the cultural and social development that the festival brings to the city. The competition programme is over two days in Mirabilandia Park and the gala concert will be held on *** in Rimini.

Vocal and dance soloists, vocal and dance groups, instrumentalists:

I-st age group: up to 7 years old;
II-nd age group: from 8 to 10 years old;
III-th age group: from 11 to 13 years old;
IV-th age group: from 14 to 18 years old;
V-th age group: from 19 to 32 years old;

Choirs and orchestras

I-st age group: up to 14 years old;
II-nd age group: over 20 years old;
III-th age group: over 21 years old;

ENROLLMENT DEADLINE – 30 APRIL 2024, after this date entries can only be approved by the festival organisers.

Vocal

ENROLLMENT DEADLINE – 30 APRIL 2024, after this date entries can only be approved by the festival organisers.

THE REGISTRATION for participation in the festival MUST INCLUDE:

Fully-filled application form with a detailed list of the names and dates of birth of the participants and the accompanying persons coming to the Festival.
Advance payment – 40% of the total sum.
A signed declaration grants the rights to the AUDIO and VIDEO recordings for the aims of the festival.
For participation in person – two photos, and audio materials, demonstrate the artistic level of the candidates.
For participation in person – please, send the instrumentals 30 days before the festival via e-mail iaa@abv.bg
Online participation – video for each performance to be emailed to karnolsky@gmail.com, 30 days prior to the festival;
o The file name should be as follows: 01(number of the performance)_Name of the participant_Name of the song/dance.

!!! No changes will be made during the festival.

The performances must be with duration:

up to 3:20 minutes each for the vocal formations and soloists.
up to 4:00 minutes for the rest.

* In case of performances, exceeding the up-mentioned duration, the Jury will cease the performance

For the second or next performance the participants have to pay an additional fee.
All materials should be sent to the email address: karnolsky@gmail.com with the text “MAGIA ITALIANA”;
Leaders of the groups are responsible for the life, health, and behavior of the group members during their stay at the festival. They are also responsible for the costumes, stage properties, and belongings. Participants and accompanying persons must have Health insurance.

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

!!! If it’s pre-requested, you can be accommodated in a higher-class hotel(requires extra payment).
*The members of the Jury and the organizers reserve the right to judge who will participate in the GALA concert and what kind of performances will be presented.
Important!!! The price does not include tourist tax ~ 3 € per night per person. The amount is paid directly to the hotel
upon check-in. The tourist tax is paid by everyone who is or above 13 years old.

THE PRICE IS FOR ONE PERSON AND IT INCLUDES:

ACCOMMODATION* – 5 nights staying in hotel rooms with 3 or 4 beds and a private bathrooms.
Meals – 2 times a day /breakfast and dinner/;
ENTRANCE in park “Mirabilandia” for two consecutive days.

* Transport to Mirabilandia is not included in the price.
* Those who have reached the age of 16 before the start of the festival / born before 27.06.2008 / are considered adults.

Participation fee – one performance

Soloists – 65 Euro per person;
Duo – 80 Euro, Trio – 95 Euro;
Formations / 4 -7 people/ – 105 Euro per formation;
Formations / 8 – 14 people / – 150 Euro per formation;
Formations /15 -20 people / – 205 Euro per formation;
Formations over 20 people – 220 Euro per formation.

Participation fee – second performance

Soloists – 35 Euro per person;
Duo – 36 Euro, Trio – 40 Euro;
Formations / 4 -7 people/ – 50 Euro per formation;
Formations / 8 – 14 people / – 80 Euro per formation;
Formations /15 -20 people/ – 100 Euro per formation;
Formations over 20 people – 110 Euro per formation.

For groups consisting of more than 25 persons – 26-th /the leader/ will be accommodated for free and the 27-th and 28-th persons will be accommodated at prices for children up to 16 years old.

!!! The participants and accompanying persons who are not accommodating with us must pay additionally a Festival fee of 85 EUR per person (for organizational costs, entrance ticket for park “Mirabilandia.

Extra night single room: 70 euro per person per day; double room 60 euro per person per day; triple and quadruple room 45 euro per person per day;
Single room supplement: €35 per person per day; (during the competition period);
Supplement for double room: 24 euro per person per day; (during the competition period);

The deadlines are as follows:

until 26.05.2024 – 40% of the calculated amount;
until 15.05.2024 – 60% of the calculated amount /the balance of the amount/.

To confirm the bank transfer, please send us a scanned copy of the payment document with the name of the participant and the text “Magia Italiana” to the email: karnolsky@gmail.com

NB: The advanced payment of 40% of the amount serves like a reservation in the hotels and it is not refundable in case the participant is not able to come to the festival, owing to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.

Transportation

Every participant should take care of the transport to the places of accommodation and back, to the places of festival activities /parades, concerts, and others/ and back.

The Organizers can provide transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from the airport, and back to the same airport
during the festival days.

The cost of transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally discussed according to their number. All anti-epidemic measures will be observed in the hotel and on the stage. The organizer of the festival “MAI Europe” is not responsible for changes and restrictions imposed by the Municipality of Rimini.
