To all young artists! Are you ready to showcase your talent on an international stage?

 

The MAGIA ITALIANA Festival is looking for musicians, dancers and singers to take part in our event taking place in Rimini from 28 June to 7 July 2025.

 

This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the only festival that takes place in the world famous amusement park Mirabilandia.
Not only will you have the chance to perform on the Pepsi Theater stage, equipped with world-class audio and visual equipment, but you’ll also have the opportunity to spend two days exploring the park and all it has to offer.

 

With the support of the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Bulgaria for Emilia-Romagna Eng. Franco Castellini, the Bulgari Association in Emilia Romagna, and the Mirabilandia Amusement Park, this is a unique opportunity to perform in front of a diverse audience, interact with other artists from over 15 countries and be part of the cultural and social development that the festival brings to the city. The competition programme is over two days in Mirabilandia Park and the gala concert will be held on *** in Rimini.

ENROLLMENT DEADLINE – April 10, 2025; after this date entries can only be approved by the festival organizers.

REGISTRATION CONDITIONS: 

  • Registration is guaranteed with an advance payment of 40% of the total amount by 10.04.2025 and the remaining 60% must be paid by 10.05.2025.
  • For attending in person participants only – one photo, audio and video materials that demonstrate the artistic level of the applicants.
  • For attending participants – instrumental of the performances to be attached in the participant’s profile on the platform by 20.05.2025;
  • For online participation – video of each performance to be attached to the participant’s profile on the platform by 20.05.2025;
  • No changes will be made during the festival!!!!!
  • The performances must be with duration:

up to 3:20 minutes each for the vocal formations and soloists.

up to 4:00 minutes for the rest.

 In case of performances, exceeding the up-mentioned duration, the Jury will cease the performance.

 

Leaders of the groups are responsible for the life, the health and the behavior of the group members during their stay in the festival, and also for the costumes, stage properties and the belongings. Participants and accompanying persons must have Health insurance.

!!! The Jury members and the organizers reserve the right to decide which participants will participate in the Gala Concert and with which performace !!!

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

!!! If it’s pre-requested, you can be accommodated in a higher-class hotel(requires extra payment).
*The members of the Jury and the organizers reserve the right to judge who will participate in the GALA concert and what kind of performances will be presented.
Important!!! The price does not include tourist tax ~ 3 € per night per person. The amount is payable locally at the hotel reception
upon check-in. The tourist tax is paid by everyone who is or above 13 years old.

THE PRICE IS FOR ONE PERSON AND IT INCLUDES:

  • ACCOMMODATION* – 5 nights staying in hotel rooms with 3 or 4 beds and a private bathrooms.
  • MEAL – 2 times a day /breakfast and dinner/;
  • ENTRANCE in park “Mirabilandia” for two consecutive days.

* Transport to Mirabilandia is not included in the price.
* Those who have reached the age of 16 before the start of the festival / born before 27.06.2009 / are considered adults.

Participation fee – one performance

  • Soloists – 65 Euro per person.

  • Duet – 80 Euro; Trio – 95 Euro

  • Formations /4 – 7 persons/ – 105 Euro per formation.

  • Formations /8 – 14 persons/ – 150 Euro per formation.

  • Formations /15 – 20 persons/ – 205 Euro per formation.

  • Formations more than 20 persons – 220 Euro per formation.

Participation fee – second performance

  • Soloists – 35 Euro per person.

  • Duet – 36 Euro; Trio – 40 Euro.

  • Formations /4 – 7 persons/ – 50 Euro per formation.

  • Formations /8 – 14 persons/ – 80 Euro per formation.

  • Formations /15 – 20 persons/ -100 Euro per formation. 

  • Formations more than 20 persons – 110 Euro per formation

     

For groups consisting of more than 25 persons – 26-th /the leader/ will be accommodated for free and the 27-th and 28-th persons will be accommodated at prices for children up to 16 years old.

!!! The participants and accompanying persons who are not accommodating with us must pay additionally a Festival fee of 85 EUR per person (for organizational costs, entrance ticket for park “Mirabilandia”.

  • Extra night single room: 70 euro per person per day; 

  • Double room 60 euro per person per day;

  • Triple and quadruple room 52 euro per person per day;

  • Surcharge for single room during the competition period: 35 EUR per person per day; Surcharge for double room during the competition period: EUR 30 per room per day;

  • Air conditioning surcharge: 10 EUR per room per day.

The deadlines are as follows:

  • till 10.04.2025 – 40 % of the calculated sum.
  • till 10.05.2025 – 60% of the calculated sum /the rest amount of money/

As confirmation of the bank transfer, send a scanned copy of the bank document with the name of the participant and text “Magia Italiana” to the following e-mail: karnolsky@gmail.com .

 

 

NB: The advanced payment of 40% of the amount serves like a reservation in the hotels and it is not refundable in case the participant is not able to come to the festival, owing to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.

Transportation

Every participant should take care of the transport to the places of accommodation and back, to the places of festival activities /parades, concerts, and others/ and back.

 

Organizers can provide transportation for groups arriving by plane, transporting them to and from the same airport where they landed, as well as during festival days.

 

The cost of transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally discussed according to their number. All anti-epidemic measures will be observed in the hotel and on the stage. The organizer of the festival “MAI Europe” is not responsible for changes and restrictions imposed by the Municipality of Rimini.
